How much time does it take?

Who else is in the room?
Six to eight senior leaders, VP and above, who already have an AI decision on their desk. Each room is built from what the group submits.
Is it confidential?
Yes. The room runs under the Chatham House rule. Nothing said is attributed to you or your organisation without your explicit agreement, and nothing is recorded.
What does it cost?
€3,900 per seat. Clear all three gates on time and €1,200 comes back to you after the room.
What happens afterwards?
Ninety days later, you check your sealed forecast against what actually happened. For some leaders, the Calibration is also where a longer engagement with Lumiera begins.
