1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of lumiera.ai, which Lumiera Strategy OÜ (“Lumiera”, “we”, “us”) operates. By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

These terms do not cover our advisory services or programmes. A signed agreement with us governs those, and prevails over these terms if the two conflict.

2. Using the website

You may use the website to learn about Lumiera and to contact us. You must not:

  • copy, scrape or systematically extract content from the website, by automated means or otherwise

  • use website content to train, fine-tune or test AI models

  • interfere with the website’s security or operation

  • use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights

Under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790, we expressly reserve all rights in website content against text and data mining.

3. Intellectual property

We or our licensors own all content on the website, including text, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, names and logos. You may view the content and share links to it. Any other use, including reproducing, adapting or distributing our frameworks or methodologies, requires our prior written consent.

4. No advice

Website content, including the results of any diagnostic or assessment, is general information. It is not legal, financial, technical or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. We give advice only under a signed agreement.

5. Third-party links and tools

The website links to, and embeds tools from, third parties such as form and booking providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content or services.

6. Availability and liability

We provide the website free of charge and as it is. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown below.

9. Governing law and disputes

Estonian law governs these terms. The courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction, with Harju County Court as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
